Glass duck bottle with silver metal head.

This was a gift minus whatever was once inside. I think it was a liqueur bottle as it has a cork under the silver head. The cork has a smell of alcohol on it but I have no clue what it once contained. The glass has a green tinge. I just wondered if anyone has seen this bottle and can tell me where it came from and what was in it. I'm just curious, and am not necessarily interested in the value of it. It's just a part of a duck collection. Thank you.
