Waldy were pretty high end bags, but I haven't seen one like this before. From the pjc2s it looks like leather with diamontes.......is that what you see?
ProbBly around 1950s. Great bag.
Cleaned this could possibly be worth some reasonable money, especially with the coin purse.

Likely a satin evening bag then - I did initially think it satin but wasn't sure the thought leather! It's a lovely thing.
