looks like a tax stamp on it not sure...Nice do not clean looks more like a buckle
Belt buckle and the mark is a British design registration mark
I found the trade mark on the top pic.
It was made by James Fellows & Son Wolverhampton
and gilded copper, but to me it looks like a holder
for notes, I also found another holder it was also
gilded, round type, it had the same back design
and look to hold Paper?
any help Please.
