Guerriero Handbag Made in Italy

Hello fellow collectors! I picked this bag up at a local thrift shop. It's very well made with quality grade soft, buttery leather. The alligator ornament is exquisite and substantial and ornate with intricate carvings and a heavy textured leather insert. It's new with tags and very well preserved. There's some oxidation or maybe patina on the accent buckles. The buckles may be real silver? I searched the web for information on the designerr, but could not locate anything informative. The little information I did find mentioned that this is an avant garde designer, whose designs may be featured in museums. Any information provided would be greatly appreciated.
