      This is a cast resin souvenir copy of a grease bowl The real ones are carved cedar, and much larger. This wouldn't hold much grease!

      Thank you for the reply.....now I am trying to do some tests on it myself......it is cold to the touch so the next test is the hot pin test.....wish me luck. I don't think the hot pin test will tell me anything though as I said it had been used for an ashtray with burning cigarettes left in it and it didn't melt.
