I found these in my garage, I think they came from my uncle that was an announcer in Winnipeg Manitoba. Can anyone tell me what they are? and what date they were made?

If you just look up Bobby Orr's career, these can't be newer than 1972, slightly later more likely. Because of the printing on foil, I would put them around 1976.
