This was given to my son by his great grandmother when he was about 2 in 1988. She had it hanging around her house since her children had it. The back of the time piece says West Germany so that puts after WWII. It does have a Walt Disney Productions stamp on the back as well. I can't seem to find anything online to help until I stumbled upon this site.
know this old posting....but late 1960's into early 1970's
