This looks to be a diploma of one of the artist from the sketches I've been posting. I want to look up the artist. But more than anything, I just want to look up the artist because I can't find any of them.

This look to me after translation, an attestation for good school behavior.
"Honorary Ticket deliver to Mr Vergniaud"
"In withness for it's good Behavior and application during Setember 1854, Director of School, Fre Jucondien"
