My favorite Cut glass compote with pedestal

    Bought at estate auction,because it was different, interesting piece. It
    had a good ping,excellent shape and brilliance.
    My question is who made this ? Is it American or is it European?
    What is the pattern?
    Any help you can give me is appreciated !????
