Peach colored trinket box with lid. approx. 4 1/2 inches long by 3 1/2 inches wide, stands 5 inches from bottom to the top of the lid. It has what appears to be a # 1 blown into the glass at the base. I don't know anything about glass. I have been to an antique shop and researched for hours and cannot find anything on this. It is a beautiful piece and would love to find some history on it.

I agree. Someone told me it was a cigarette box. It might be, lol, it just looks to elegant for that.
