Antique Bowl and Pitcher Belgium

I purchased an antique wash stand at an estate sale in Pennsylvania, and when I got home, this Bowl/Pitcher set was inside. I paid cash, and live in Alabama, so there was no way to return it.

Any ideas about this about it's origin?
