Old French Provincial Bowls?

Purchased recently at Op Shop. These bowls were at back of bottom shelf and very dusty. They immediately took my attention. Although similar, they differ in hand painted floral colour bands and terracotta/ ceramic/? used. They bluer bowl has an iridescent blue glaze overlapping bowl lip. Each are signed "WS" or "SM" on base. They are heavy but also fragile as crackling is evident and tiny spider web cracks appear on the green bowl. I feel they may be "French", but only a guess. Would appreciate any comments from forum members. Cheers LuluX
