My favorite picture of all.

This portrait was left in an apt. when someone moved out when I was manager. I loved it. I still love it. However it is not signed anywhere and I can not find out anything about it. Does anyone know how I might find out who painted it or any history on it? I realize that it probably isn't what I listed it as but I saw no listing for paintings or portraits at all.
