    Cannot find any information on it, do not recognize the music it plays. The only marking on it is a patent number. I tried to research it that way and it came up with a patent for 1889 spectacles

      Where is the number stamped? - on the base? - Take a picture of the bottom.

      Number is stamped on base, the inside pic reads sankyo and japan
