Pic 4 --ETCHINGS and BIO NOTES on FAMED ENTERTAINER GEORGE CHRISTY! FAMED MINSTREL PERFORMER IN BLACKFACE--WELL KNOWN WORLDWIDE (Made his debut as "Julius ,the bone player "n 1839) as I was doing an article for a musical magazine at the time, this rare biography was just what I needed.
The paper is dedicated to entertaiment and the arts, poetry, stories and DRAWINGS of all kinds, from exotic places too-- in this issue a big etching of a SWISS WRESTLING MATCH, many from Papetee,- etc.-a wealth of wonder and knowledge for just 3.00 a year.
This is the real deal--not a reproduction.

I like it that there was a paper dealing with the entertainment field at this time. It was a pleasure looking at it and I hope to find another some day. It was a high quality newspaper.
