DMIR "SD38"

This is an Athearn blue box engine that was custom painted. It was beautifully painted and detailed but the only problem is that it is actually an SD40-2. An EMD SD38 only has two cooling fans on the rear of the long hood and this one has three fans like an SD40-2. The real DMIR #207 is an EMD SD38AC built in June of 1971. I overlook the fact that it's really an SD40-2 because its so nicely painted and detailed.
