Doll has a plastic , no chips the hair is a knotted in the back, and is very soft-almost human like. has glued on dress around her bottom. looks hand painted and glossed very pretty doll. She is about 7 inches tall. I bought her at a Church sale 20 yrs ago. Dress must had gold specs on it but has turned dark. CAN U HELP ME ON THE AGE??? I have not a clue regarding doll collecting. thanks Michele
She is a dutchess doll with mohair . These were common Dime Store dolls and often sold in elaborate boxes for display . End of 40's more 50's-60s Very minimal value
