    My father gave this to me before he passed away. I think he told me his grandfather gave it to him and it was from a World's Fair. It's 3" in diameter. I'd like to know more about it. Thanks!

      There was a worlds fair in New Orleans in 1884 and 1984 so that would be an obvious starting point for research.
