Hand painted tray

This tray came from the storage barn years ago. It has been hanging around in my attic. I don't really think anyone will be able to identify it, but I figured I would give it a try. Once again, I have no idea as to its origin. There are no markings, but I do know that it is hand painted. I don't believe it is replica, It may have been just painted for someone's enjoyment Any clues?? I don't know where to classify this one either!! Thanks again!
