Wood handle tool is 5.5 inches long. Metal end is curled up at end only (sides are not, so its not a spoon). Stamping on metal portion looks like "Johnson Bros. 3". Any help on what it is or what it does would be appreciated. Thanks.
Could it possible be a ship building tool (for pressing in caulking material between planks?
