Scalloped edge with gold edge and flowers and leave in a red band. Love the design but don't know the pattern and am trying to build a full set.

I have a set of the above pattern as well. I would like to know what it is called and how much the full dinner set with Gravy, cream & sugar, 3 platters, 3 bowl and serving dish is worth as well as the year it was crafted. if anyone knows please.
"R" has this as Johnson Bros Old English jb519 and several listing have a date of c1930s
