Old Good Luck Fish

This is a very heavy fish. The attached appetizer fish knife fits in the space at the end of the tail. The clear bowl detaches. It has no marks of any kind and the bottom of the fish is hollow. I can't tell what it is made of. Any thoughts or direction would help.
