    The box is 3 1/2" x 1" and the vase is 4 1/4" x 2". Any help identifying them would be helpful. These are the bases of my previous pics.

      Thank you, well, as was said on the other thread, appears to be a tobacco tin, and the ewer remains a lovely mystery.
