This quilt was found at a Goodwill store. I paid $12 for it on sale day.
It's handmade and hand stitched in beautiful condition. It's a thin quilt and seemed to have a very light stuffing, if any at all.
When I gently washed it, it gave off a chemical smell and the inside disintegrated. I had to wash it twice and hand it to dry, then shake the dust out of it.
It's still a beautiful quilt. I'd love to learn more about it.
Your pattern looks like Bear's Paw to me, but I'm no expert. There are quilt groups on Facebook that are very helpful with identifying and dating quilts, you can try them. Good luck!
