gulf service station drawing ?

I found this drawing in a resale shop. The cars would would date it i am guessing 40s. It has service men in draft. One the back side it has a draft drawing or blueprint of a gulf station. The blueprint is faded and. The edges of this item are yellowing. Item is heavy laminate. Does anyone have info or suggested value of piece. Print measures approximately 21"x 15".
