Very hard to tell with the reflections but I think this was a Carbontetrachloride type extinguisher that was outlawed because the result was that in a closed space it took out all of the oxygen.........killed the fire but also took your breath away ! They were originally sold for in home use for kitchens an such because they were clean and easy to use... neat thing , but make sure to empty it OUTSIDE !
