I think this might be a reproduction made in the 60s. My guess is that it is a Jenny Lind fostoria parlor lamp. I have been looking online and couldn't find it. The bottom is about 5 1/2 inches high ant the shade is roughly 71/2 inches tall. In all with the chimney the lamp is 17 inches tall. This was originally an oil lamp but is modified to electric.
If you know anything about this light pleases help.
I have one just like it, but it is an Original. Your post is the first time I have been able to find anything that is even close to what mine represents. I have posted mine in search of help in identifying if you would like to see.
