When I saw this it brought back memories of when my mom worked in a locally owned shoe store. I always liked going there visiting or at the start of school for new shoes and the smell of real "leather" was overwhelming as well as the background elevator music Walt's Shoe Store had playing all the time. This piece is in need of cleaning but all in all in good solid condition.
