There is a book about these clocks called "The French Marble Clock: A Guide for Buyers, Collectors and Restorers with Hints on Dating and a List of Makers" by Nicolas M. Thorpe. It is listed at Amazon.com at:

It's a French late 19th. century clock on slate. Moste probably made around 1880-1900. I do not know if the figure is patinated bronze or metal ? Price guide 300 to 500 $. A difficult subject and color scheme, but a good signature.
      Hope it helps.

This is a french clock, probably form the 1870's. It could probably be worth, working, in good condition and complete, probably about 800€
