    I love to buy art at thrift stores. I paid $14.99 for this one at a flea sale. I love Gone with the Wind so this really attracted me. The artist is a best selling author and ex-spy with the Israeli army. He was born here in Canada, moved to Israel and now retired in Arizona. I could not find any thing about the value of original work.
