Handpainted Tramp Folk Art Holiday Angle Candle Holders European?

Hello! I love small items with lots of detail and these cute little hand painted angles sure have a lot of detail! I was wondering if the artist "L.K WIEN" was anything special (I did not find anything on Google) or what these little angles were used for exactly and if they have a name, I think I would like to get more. The have candle wax stuck to the top of their heads. They hold pretty tiny candles. They look to be painted in a Northern European folk design, but I could be wrong. They stand 3" tall. Their wings are mage out of metal. Thank you in advance!
