Manifattura di Signa Backpack/Purse

Hello...picked this lovely artistic looking backpack up at a local thrift store. It's new with a manifattura di signa tag. Inside there's a manifattura di signa tag, and there's another tag that I can't read, that's in Italian. The bag appears to be well made. It appears that manifattura di signa may be a sculptor or an artist?
