My inherited lamps-can anyone identify them?

I inherited these hanging globe lamps when a loved one passed. I always thought they were milk glass when they were hanging in her home, but once I got them, I realized they aren't glass, but some kind of acrylic maybe? I can't find any like them anywhere. I'd love to know when and where they were made and what they are called. Thanks!
