The Arrest of Kinnie Wagner - Murderer and Bootlegger

Kinnie Wagner was a notorious bootlegger and murderer, who is recorded as having killed 5 people including 3 lawmen. He escaped from prison several times including once while awaiting his execution. In 1943 he was captured by the FBI. One of the officers there was Special Agent Ralph Whitticar. These photos and newspaper clippings were saved by him. He also wrote a short poem about Wagner.
