Signed by the author......worth $350???? Estate had 100s of books, Family had lived there since turn of the century and bought the books new so most of them were first editions! Couldn't possibly stay all day and look up all the books on my phone so I took pictures off the stacks and bookshelves and zoomed in on each one art home. Went back the next day with my list and knew exactly where they were from my pics! Wish I had another day to finish all the books! Lucky find.
