Incense holder with dragon

Picked up the coolest incense holder last night. All there is to identify it is a small sticker on the bottom that says Made In China. I don't know what this material is, but I've seen it before. Looks kind of like ivory, but isn't. You put the incense inside, and when you close the coffin-like lid, the smoke drifts out the holes and out of the dragon's mouth. I think it's gorgeous.
