has info sheet box says made in usa
has diamonds around face probably not real
but looks pretty

You have a lot more documentation that most antique/vintage clocks come with. Elgin has a history of making high quality watches and clocks. Is there any date information on the info sheet. What are you trying to find out?
no date just want to know about how old and what it might be worth
