Does anybody know the name for this kind of floor lamp? It has one extra-large socket for a 100/200/300 bulb surrounded by 3 smaller ones. Showing a detail of the top.

I think it's just Victorian-style, not genuine. The wiring seems to be mid-century. There's a faux-marble base made of some kind of old-fashioned plastic

Its just called a tri-light floor lamp. It looks from the later 1940's to early 50's when these were popular. The biggest outlet took a white cone shaped glass shade and on top of the whole was a large paper shade. The three smaller bulbs were usually fitted with smaller chandalier bulbs, say 25 watt. For the larger bulb there is a small adapter which you can buy and put in a small bulb. These tended to get very hot and somewhat dangerous with the big 300 watt bulb. Not sure if this is Canadian or not. Photo does not tell much.
