      I think it's Mosel Glass, enameled, gilded

      I think you mean Moser. This is not nearly fine enough to be Moser. Moser's enameled decorations are heavily raised and exquisitely colored with very fine detailing. Here are some wonderful and typical example of Moser's famous enameling:
