Just got this and I love it, tassle to turn on. It is really heavy. I believe it was purchased in Victoria by my great grandmother. Love the detail. Sorry gave up trying to rotate the picture

I love this too!!
It has the tiny holes to hang prisms which these originally had. They were often sold in sets, rarely are the hung ones signed but the table versions sometimes had initials and a year. Probably mid to earlier 70's. Prisms are very easy to get, I used to get bags of them.
The metal diffuser seems to be missing. They usually had one which made the pieces beautiful in the light. May have had green prisms as the lamp appears green.
Yes it is green, i will ask grandma if she had prisms for it and when she got it. Thanks for the info :)
