I'm trying to identify the artist. My friend's mother left Hungary with this painting before the war. My friend knows nothing more than that. I would love to surprise her with some information. I know it's a long shot but can anyone help?

I answered my own question. This is a painting by Kiss, Kálmán.
      Thanks anyway.
