vintage tall figure sculpture

I found this figure sculpture and I can't identify it. It is tall 20 inches at least . ceramics and look old. The wings from metal. I couldn't find identified indication marks on bottom since the bottom was covered by glued material . Anyone can help me to identify it. I googled and couldn't find anything similar.
