This looks to me to be a buggy wrench but I have no idea exactly what it is. It says steel forged in Portland, ME on the back and a diamond symbol on the front. The brand is hard to read but I can make out the numbers CC-1683 inside the diamond with the number 80 next to the brand name. Please can some one tell me exactly what this is.
