Does anyone know what this is ?? I have always thought it was an antique wicker portable bar? I was given this years ago.

I would really like to know what this piece of wicker furniture is called. I have looked and looked and have been unable to find anything even close

It was given to me from an old friend of mine who passed about 15 years ago.
