Waltham P.J. Bartlett serial number 20170854 I removed the minute and hour hands they were rusting. Keeps great time. I know a master watch repairman who is going to put a new crystal and hands. Any Idea what I should sell it for....Its 17 jewels and Idk if the box has any significant worth.
