    The lamp is marked B&H on the bottom of the base. There is two patent dates the one on the socket is june,99 and on the shade is feb,04. Almost all lamps that I have seen are OC WHITE CO.

      B & H, Bradley and Hubbard, Probably designed for a roll top desk, with the arm to reach out over the desk surface.
