Small kids 2-wheeler. Head tube label is unreadable at top. Bottom says "Ram Rod". Awesome chrome quality. Chain protector says "Hi - Pee Wee". Internet searches only turn up Pee Wee Herman :), so, so far the manufacturer remains unknown.
