I have no clue who these people are but these photos were tookin in los Angeles between 1900 & 1943 he kind of looks like Al Capone in a way but then also looks like mob boss Mickey I mean who else wears shoes that look like gators back in 1900s if someone can help me figure this out that would be awesome
