not a wire cutter is it or stripper
Without knowing the size it's kind of hard to gauge what it was used for, Bolt Cutter? fence repair tool? Knowing the size would be of great help... put something near it of known size.. pen, car, ship, something to go from... thanks
Sorry i guess size would help its 4 3/4 inces long and the front is 1 5/16 wide so not that big umm there is nothing sharp on it so cutting is out the window i was thinking some kind of tool to tighted like piano wires lol not sure but thanks for the comments
