I believe 4011 is a date stamp, indicating this clock was made in November, 1940. I do not know the value of these electro-mechanical Seth Tomas clocks. Your best bet for finding value is to watch eBay auctions for ones that are similiar. Electric motors are available for these, as are replacement mainsprings for the chiming mechanism. I do not know if replacement winding keys are available though, so be careful not to lose the key. Always store it in the little metal clip furnished by Seth Thomas for that purpose.
